When we’re feeling hurried, worried or those high heels are pinching our toes, we wear that stress on our faces as clearly as the blush on our cheeks. Why?  Stress causes muscle contraction and when those affected muscles are in your face, that temporary muscular contraction can cause wrinkling of the overlying skin.
